Spiced Caramel Crunch Bubble Waffle

This masterpiece is the caramel bubble waffle, which we had for desert. I don’t even know how to describe this, it was so good ! The waffle is basically shaped as though it has bubbles inside, so it’s really nice & light. They gave us a really generous portion & huge scoops of ice cream, so it’s great for sharing

Oh my word - this was incredible! When icecream AND whipped cream are involved, you know you’re in for a good time. The waffle was cooked perfectly and I’m such a sucker for Biscoff so of course it went down a treat. The toffee icecream was really thick and luxurious and you got two generous scoops. The perfect portion size for a lunchtime indulgence, and I felt it was reasonably priced at £6.50 for a pretty unique and satisfying dessert
