Delicious spanakoriza dish at Blu Kouzina!! Was a pleasant surprise to see a handful of vegan options at Blu :) it used to be one of my favorite restaurants, so I’m glad I can still eat there!

Very tasty veggie rice dish. Simple yet nutritious! Will order again.
