Spaceballs

Such a unique and tasty appetizer! These are giant (hard to tell from the photo!) mac & cheeze balls covered in charcoal breadcrumbs, served with sriracha mayo and parsley. These are definitely too big for one person (I was practically full before my main even came!) but have a great taste and texture.
