Spätzle agli spinaci

This was probably my favorite dish from this tasting menu: spinach Spätzle with a hint of lemon. I really loved the twist given by the lemon in this one. The spätzle were soft and creamy, with a very pleasant taste. I also loved how they played with the textures by also adding a little bit of crumble. It was the second first course (first one was the rice) of a 5-course menu. I don’t know the price of this dish alone, however the 5-courses were 39€. #spätzle #veganfriendly #tastingmenu #brescia

Io questo piatto (seconda proposta tra i primi) me lo sognerò pure di notte. L'ho amato forte sin dal primo assaggio. Sapore di spinaci intenso, deliziosa cremina pannosa e noci croccanti. Gli spätzle erano perfetti anche dal punto di vista della pasta e della cottura. 💰 33 euro (menù da 5 portate)
