Soyrizo w/ Egg & Potato Bowl

This was decent. Didn’t like how much space in the bowl was taken up by lettuce shreds, but the rest of it was very yummy and flavorful! It was hard for me to totally separate out the egg and the potato and soyrizo, but combined they were very tasty. #veganisnotscary
