Had this at the Malaysian Vegan Festival, and it reminded me of the small nasi lemak packers I use to buy when I was in college in KL from the corner aunty. The sambal was fantastically spicy 🌶 which I LOVE! Their ‘sotong’ replacement was great and probably better than actual sotong tbh. Great for those missing their nasi lemak fix.
