From the menu: “slow-cooked soft scrambled [vegan egg], [someone’s packaged vegan cheddar], housemade cashew mayo, sliced tomatoes, panini pressed olive oil herbed focaccia.” This was delicious. And messy. Again the chickpea egg substitute is good, though the cheese was a little underwhelming. Whatever they use for their grilled cheese would be much better.
