Smoked Organic Seitan

This restaurant is a high class Italian restaurant known for their pizza and pasta. I’m traveling from the U.S and I went with my non vegan family who wanted a true Italian dinner and this was the spot they chose. I applaud them for having a vegan option. But other than that it was horrible. Tastes like oily cardboard with unseasoned vegetables.
