VEGANOHuge huge fan of this dish! I don’t normally gravitate towards risotto but this dish changed my mind completely. And best of all, it was fully vegan.
I’ve never been so willing to pay S$40 for a serving of #risotto but that’s where #veganfinedining has me at 🙌 As @heruvimdi’s review of this put it, this is some insanely tasty risotto 🤤 This was @m1tch9i’s #valentinesday pick, but we end up swapping half way because her more Asian palate preferred my meal 🤭 Not that we wouldn’t have #abillionhacks the crap out of these anyways! For what seemed like such a small serving given the plating, this was extremely filling 🫄 Every bite was such an explosion of flavour. The menu reads onion but what it really translated to bite to bite was an almost nutty kind of creamy. I’ve never had #italianfood this good! 😋 The bites of #asparagus too, oh my gosh! Perfectly cooked to render every bite as soft as butter. A nod to the copywriters of past’s Bionicles dot com weapon descriptions 😉 I love this!
This was insanely tasty risotto! Very rich in flavour, beautifully plated and just super delicious. A must have!
