Smashed Avo Toast

This restaurant has a couple of vegan options but they're also happy to veganise other dishes if it's possible. This was meant to be with eggs but they were happy to replace the eggs with mushrooms. It also has a tomato relish and Balsamic glaze. Pretty nice for a light meal.
