BEST vege chicken rice balls in Melaka, for sure. Compared to the original version, these

chicken rice balls were packed full of flavour, and the homemade chilli pushed it over the edge. Only downside is that you have to go early (like before 12 pm) because it runs out quickly. They also have daily menus with other fantastic options. If I lived in Melaka I'd probably be here every day 😂

Fragrant chicken rice balls with beancurd "chicken". Must pair with the chicken rice chilli! Highly

recommend trying cos this is a popular dish in melaka. Ps try to call them before heading down bc they were closed when I came down a day before.

Everyone at home tells us when in Melaka to try the chicken rice balls, and

here’s a vegan-friendly version. It’s quite the treat. We got this to share: I realise it’s typically a main dish, but the nature of it makes it great for sharing too.
The rice balls were really fragrant and tasty on their own, and their chilli sauce takes it to yet another level of wowsers. The tofu skin is layered and marinated and perfect (#Soy).
It’s also quite affordable. All round 😜 goodness! #melaka #chickenrice #riceballs #greatballsoffire

This might be one of my favourite places in this part of town. Vego coffeeshop with plenty of vegan options. Vegan and vego versions of local delicacies. They have a few daily specials, based on the day of week. Food is good and affordable. Really sweet place.
Printed Menu in english and chinese. Major Allergens aren’t labelled, but ask them, they’re pretty friendly.
Theyre open from 730am to 130pm (closed Sundays) so you might have to plan ahead.
Roadside car parking (Free parking Sundays to Tuesdays, other days you can pay with app). Step to the five-foot way, and single step into coffeeshop.
