Shrooms & Green Pasta

It’s a pretty simple yet satisfying dish. Pasta is cooked al dente and the veggies are pretty generous

My son found a little bland for his “Asian tastebuds” 😂 I felt it was tasty and liked that it wasn’t spicy. Generous serving of veggies and the tempeh chips gave it a crunchy twist. Would recommend it for anyone who like an aglio olio with a difference.
