Shroom ragu

Fettuccine was cooked to al dente. Not as flavoursome as I would have liked but might be good for people who are used to a more traditional simple Italian pasta dish. Could have had more shroom in ragu. The parmesan was good. A generous portion.

WOW this ragu is insane, so beautifully light for a pasta dish, so flavourful I could eat a bucket of this!! I would say it is a little oily but I like a lot of oil so this doesnt bother me!
