This sandwich is from the San Jose "pop up" that they're doing (but is available at their Oakland HQ). The flavor is great, but I much prefer the chicken version. When I ate meat earlier in life, I never had shrimp, and I found the texture of this faux shrimp kinda weird, but maybe it's actually pretty close to the real thing (I just don't know, sorry). Def try the chicken po'boy some time!
