Short Rib Taco

Club Mexicana’s newest taco topping is BBQ Short Rib and it’s incredible! The rib is made from jackfruit and seitan, which gives it a meaty and juicy texture, while the ends are chewy like you’d get from a barbecue. There was also pickled cucumber and garlic mayo which complimented it well. They now sell a DIY kit for these online so you can make them at home too!
