SHIITAKE MAKI

Absolute yummers. Niiko has a pretty interesting range of sushi flavours. Some are made with black rice too, which I’ve yet to try. They’re fully vegan, and located in the city centre, a short walk from the main train station and tram stop. Quite an exciting menu as well.
