One of the favourites on the table and everyone enjoyed this. The shiitake was grilled till slightly charred and adds a good flavor to the maki. Super good with the pickled ginger.
Shiitake Maki ($15) - This was nice though I like the Unagi Maki slightly more. The shiitake mushroom is the star of the show for this dish.
The shiitake gave this maki a different texture from the unagi one - given I prefer less processed food, this one had an edge over the unagi for me! #veganisnotscary #singapore #sushi
