This was legit. Arabian poached eggs on a bed of tomato sauce and fresh spelt bread. The egg yolks are made from sweet potato and #turmeric and the yolks made from cashews and coconut. Fab.u.lous. What a lovely creation both in taste and presentation. The price can’t be beat as well. I leave full every time.

The vegan eggs were so interesting!! The sweet potato and turmeric yolk was really convincing but the cashew coconut egg white could be a bit firmer to be closer to the real deal. Tomato sauce was pretty decent too! But I think it was missing the beans? 🤔
