Seitan Steak

First time I had seitan and I simply loved! Thank you Coletta for a perfect dinner!!! I highly recommend.

Very delicious. The steak comes with a mushroom gravy on top in a hot skillet. The taste was perfect. Salty, but not too much and very savory. It's a little pricy, but delicious and I would order it again.
