Seitan Skewers

Amazing in every way. Loved the tender and smoky seitan, and the sweet sauce it was glazed in. It was kind of a delicate, thin texture that seemed to be wrapped in layers around itself. My friend who eats meat commented that it was like sausage but better. And the grilled peppers and onions added a fresh and crunchy counterbalance to the soft seitan.
