Seitan Pie and Chips

The seitan pie had a lovely pastry shell and the gravy was brilliantly rich. I've never had seitan as a beef replacement before and I was pleasantly surprised at the texture comparisons and how nice it was. Even the chips were beautifully cooked, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. As before, the portion sizes for this side of London were surprisingly generous.
