Yummy tofu bowl😋 Quite a small portion if you are really hungry

I am always on the look-out for scrambled tofu, and this is my favourite. Although not 'scrambled' in the true sense, it is packed with flavour and has a layer of shredded greens at the bottom adding a lovely freshness to the dish. Served with a gluten-free hummus topped bread round (all scratchmade). #greyton
