Scallion Pancake (葱油饼)

idk if this pic does it justice, but it was so good! i mean honestly, that’s what i can say about every scallion pancake tho- they’re so simple making them really difficult to mess up, and they pair great with so many dishes! not sure if anybody else has tried this combo…but scallion pancake + mapo tofu = ultimate bite imo anyway, very crispy and although i think it could’ve had 5% more scallions, that’s just a personal preference thing…will be ordering again!!
