Every spoonful is umami, spicy and not too salty. The gochujang and kimchi mix is not too spicy and feels good to slurp on, the silken tofu is really soft and delicate, the different mushrooms adds deep flavor and variety, while the sticky rice cakes adds a chewy texture to the dish. Its a stew brimming with many treasures, filling and enjoyable ($12).

😁 The right level of spiciness and the quantity of ramen was good! Got it with the P2 combo - fries and salad. Fries were great!
perspective, more variety like tofu skin would be nice but that’s a personal preference as the silken tofu is authentic for Kimchi Jjigae.
tell what is supposed to be good kimchi taste. I wish there were a little more veggies.
