Sate Ayam with Nasi Himpit

5 sticks of #satay with the obligatory #peanutsauce and some #nasihimpit, NGL RM20 feels a bit stiff 😬 They use #lionsmanemushroom cut into slightly smaller pieces, and they way they marinate/cook these gives their satay the texture and flavour of #sotong rather than the chicken that they were going for 😅 They can also configure this for your preferred spice level; I went for level 3 out of 4 and was pleased with how #spicy it was 😋
