Sambal Petai Fried Rice (no egg)

I very much like that they added tempeh and raw veggies to the fried rice

Fragrant and spicy! Love this dish! Easily veganised by requesting for no egg. On the whole the dish felt a bit unhealthy even with the two stalks of broccoli 😆. Portion size is big. Would order this again!
