This flavour sounded so interesting! Pulled jackfruit, vegan mozzarella, caramelized onions, cranberry drizzle, apple butter drizzle, and fresh parsley. I haven’t tasted anything like this. If you like sweet and savoury combos this is for you. The jackfruit was nice and Smokey, the cranberry drizzle added a delicious sweet tartness, and the apple added even more sweetness. Some bites were perhaps too sweet when you got a lot of the apple and none of the other ingredients, but when you got a bite with everything it was perfection!
