One of the most creative fusion dishes I've ever seen here in HK! Some people might recall I love bagels - #bagelbinge - and I had to order this. The filling is a traditional Chinese stir fry, and it was really interesting paired with the bagel. There was surprisingly a lot of vegan cheese inside that I wasn't a fan of - it wasn't mentioned in the menu and it's not a usual part of bagels or 魚香茄子 - but other than that this was super fun and quite tasty.
