"Salmon"(Smokey Carrot) And Vegan Cream Cheese Bagel

I had my first one after forgetting it in the hot car for 3 hours, it was amazing! They add roasted seeds, greens and just enough of everything to make a refresshing and delicious bagel. They make the "Salmon" themselves and it's wonderful, pitty though, because I would have loved to buy it for home. This is a firm favorite take away for me in Stellenbosch.
