Salmon Rosti

Salmon is not my thing. Rosti is not crispy enough

Rosti with Avocado and mock Salmon. The 2 layers of rosti was nice and went well with the Avocado. Not a big fan of the Salmon, maybe there is too much? The Salmon tastes too much mock for me. However, glad the cafe became fully vegan!
