Salad plate

Delicious vegan salad ! Lots of sprouts, and the avocados and the lemon sauce makes it very fresh

It had interesting textures of a wide variety of grated veg and fresh sprouts with soya cubes. There was a side helping of lentils that was very tasty. Unfortunately the salad was drowned in what initially was a tangy dressing; it overpowered everything and became too sharp.
