Salad Bar

I’m getting good at piling up the plate 😂 good variety of vegetables again and even strawberries 🍓 today! But was a bit disappointed that the grilled broccoli ran out??? #veganisnotscary

My go-to place in Suntec 🥦🍅🥗 good variety of carbs (like quinoa), roasted vegetables and salad dressing like pumpkin seeds and walnuts 🥜 added 🍋 for Vit-C boost to aid iron absorption 🦾

Impromptu dinner at Marche before Karaoke. Realized that I had not been visiting here before I turned plant based. Luckily, my friend introduced me to the Salad Bar. They have a wide range of cooked and raw veggies, whole grains etc and you can choose a plate size and top up your own! Took the large plate cos I was super hungry and the smaller plates are too small. 😅. Literally filled everything to the brim! Enjoyed their mushrooms, pumpkin, quinoa! The rest just tasted normal.. nothing spectacular nor unpleasant though I wish they have more protein options.
