Rustic Pizza (veganized)

The pizza options have the option to substitute vegan cheese so I got this rustic pizza that had portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions and rosemary. I wasn’t sure at first when it came out being a pre made pizza crust but honestly it was surprisingly good. The dough was chewy and doughy but sturdy to hold the toppings. The vegan cheese was melted pretty good and the mushrooms and onions were flavored perfectly. Overall an enjoyable experience. #ditchdairy #veganpizza #capemay
