This was a nice surprise when we thought there wouldn’t be anything vegan on the strip. The #bowlbar has awesome vegan options and the #royalmumbai was no exception with #Spinach, #Cucumber, #Pepper, #Carrot, #SweetPotato, #CurryRoastedCauliflower, #Cashews, #Craisins, #SproutedLentils, #CrispyChickpeas,
with a vegan #CurryLimeVinaigrette dressing.
Everything is made #fresh for dine in or to go. So good and a definite revisit for us!
