Roxxie House-made Astounding veggie burger (No Cheese)

Overall it was pretty good but not amazing. I prefer and appreciate the effort of house-made vegan patties over fake meat brands, and enjoying trying different ones. This one just didn't seem to have an ingredient/seasoning combo that really impressed me or my taste buds personally, but there wasn't anything bad about it. While there are several vegetarian options, this is the only vegan main dish option. Served with hummus, caramelized onions, avocado, and sliced tomatoes on gluten-free bread or fresh striata roll. Ordering it without cheese makes it vegan. Comes with side salad or tater tots.
