Rose Moon Waffle

Truly incredible breakfast - the beetroot hummus and tofu scramble were impressive enough, but then the waffle with avocado and bacon (an extra add-on) were also just so so good. Pink mayo a nice addition. All in all a fantastic breakfast in a really cute friendly little vegan bakery. One of the best vegan menus I have ever seen
