Rocket Salad

This is just an average rocket salad with vegan cheese and salad dressing. It came as part of a deal, I don't think I would order it by itself

A very simple salad, but the dressing was so good. I even liked the cheese - and I’m not a big fan of most vegan mozzarella cheeses I’ve tried, but I enjoyed this one. The photo is of the takeaway version - I’m sure it looks much better when served in the restaurant 😂 looking forward to dining in there post lockdown.
