Roasted Veggie Salad

Had this scrumptious veggie salad at the Clay Cafe in Hout Bay. The salad dressing, which is honey and mustard, comes on the side and can be omitted (thankfully), which is super nice because I dislike pre-dressed salads lol. The vegan feta brought all the creaminess needed to the salad. Definitely worth a try if you’re visiting the place.

Originally comes with feta, so to make it vegan just ask for no feta! Otherwise, it is a delicious meal
