Well, if this is representative of #transylvanian #roast then one can say that it is rather piquant, has a nice smooth edge to it, and is full of #carbilicious #potatoes 🙂 There were also #onions, #tomatoes, and of course loads of #seitan 😋 Doesn't quite replicate the smokiness or flavour of red meat, but maybe many people do prefer it this way 🙂 A huge portion and with a sour salad on the side
