Risotto Agaricus Blazei Asparagus with Green Sauce

This rice tasted fine but I would not NOT call it risotto😂 The rice is still super chewy and did not absorb the sauce at all, so it's just like white rice mixed with sauce. That did, however, give it the benefit of not being too heavy. This is part of the one-person dinner set so the portion is smaller, but I actually think it's a lot since there were 4-5 other dishes.
