Reuben Sandwich

Really good stuff 👍I could go for even more seitan in the sandwich.

My go-to dish from The VHC. Thinly shaved seitan, sauerkraut & cheese = DELICIOUS. & always have to have that poutine on the side!

Really delicious bread that was grilled and had great texture. Shaved seitan was also quite good. The only thing I'd change about this is add more sauce/cheeze so I can taste it a little more but otherwise very good sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed!
