Rendang Ramen

Tasty, you may want to add some chilli for a better Rendang experience. The noodles are nice and thick, the mushrooms just right. Recommended

Rendang monkeyhead mushrooms were yummy. Looks saucy but after mixing the noodles it ended up being too dry, so I had to add soup. The sauce wasn’t particularly ‘rendang’, it’s just like regular brown sauce :(
