Rendang is nice and spicy made with generous amount of potatoes and monkeyhead mushrooms. The rice is cooked in coconut milk and blue pea flower colouring. Chewy and grainy rice as it is brown rice, different from the usual nasi lemak rice but tasty. Salad veg is fresh. Spinach is a little salty for my taste(ok for regular folks). Overall good.
This is really tasty. Yes, I was really hungry, but I think I would have loved it regardless.
Such a pretty dish! I loved the blue pea flower dyed brown rice and the curry with monkey head mushroom and potatoes. Side salad is light to lighten the dish. Other than the curry not being (temperature) hot enough to my liking, everything is great!! Price is $7.50 and comes with side soup.
