
Rendang was thick and coconut-y. Lion's mane mushrooms and potatoes were well cooked in the gravy. Incorporated well. Went well with the rice and a side of achar.
Creamy rendang gravy with tender monkey head mushrooms and potato cubes, which went well with the unpolished brown rice. Wish there could have been more mushrooms though!

Will never get enough of the monkey head mushroom in rich flavourful rendang sauce with just the right amount of heat! Would prefer to have some fresh cooked leafy veggies instead of / in addition to the side of achar tho
Lion’s Mane Rendang Rice was delicious! My only complaint is that there were not enough mushroom pieces...other than that, curry was mildly spicy, luscious and really tasty when paired with brown rice and vegetable achar 🌶🍃
