raw vegan temaki

Absolutely delicious dish, definitely exceeded expectations! Very filling so only managed two rolls.

I absolutely LOVED this temaki. I've not eaten anything sushi-like in the past years cause I could not find anything worth the try. this temaki is absolutely amazing : very fresh veggies marinated perfectly, you can taste the saltyness of the soy sauce and still the sweet refreshing juices of the veggies the "tuna" is made of algie and sunflower seeds, doesn't taste anything like tuna nor does it have the same consistency of fish. I think it's there to give texture to the temaki, and id does a good job. the vegan mayo is fluffy and light and goes perfectly with the crunchy side of seedy bread. I definitely would taste that again and again 12/10
