Definitely the best vegan Ramen in Paris ! Very tasty and creamy.

My daughter had this ramen dish and I obviously had to try some! The broth is really creamy, it's not too salty and has a lot of veggies. This restaurant is totally recommended. Be prepared to wait because it's a small place and it's rightly popular.

Apologies for the blurry photo, I was too excited to eat it to take a good picture 😅 so good, I believe they used oat milk, shichimi and sesame seeds for the broth and its phenomenal. Possibly the best ramen I've ever had 😳

Perhaps the creamiest ramen I've had till date, in Mori Café (Paris 11ème). Added the beyond meat supplement too (though that didn't cause much difference. It is spiced up with the huile pimentée as well - the only unfortunate part is I do not like onions (or anything in that family) and should have asked mine without it.
