Quinoa with Roast Root Veg, Mixed Seeds,Vegan Feta & Orange (added AVO)

A bit disappointing in my opinion. Too much salad leaves and not that much quinoa. The citrus slices were quite large in proportion to the other ingredients

Falls under the light meals category and it is pure joy. This restaurant is a vegans dream. I need to find out where they get their vegan feta.... Is so smooth and seriously doesn't taste like other non-dairy cheese products... In a good way. Thank you.. I Knead more of this in my life x
