Quinoa salad

This salad is amazing 😍😍 I especially love that the quinoa has a nice bite to it and there isn’t that much of it compared to the greens and lots of delicious treats like dried figs, 🎃 and pomegranates! #veganisnotscary

The ingredients used were fresh. Though not the way of photos to use. I made a mistake of not using the dressing that came along with it. I could actually taste the freshness. The staff was also very good
