Quinoa Pancakes

these Vegan Quinoa Pancakes aren’t really my absolute favorite pancakes ever... the quinoa is definitely noticeable in both dense, grainy texture and healthyish taste - my mom and sister shared the same feelings as well. happy i tried as something new but wouldn’t get again. if you’re into the seeds though, definitely recommend.. great portion of 3 pancakes with coconut oil spread and maple syrup on the side! 🥞🌾 📍Mellow Minded Café ~ Harrisburg, PA
