Quesabirria

Bro. This place is so legit. Upland is just a pop up, but there is another location in Colton. I’ve yet to try vegan quesabirria or to see it offered at any other vegan Mexican restaurant in the general area. Even so, no other vegan place I’ve tried matches the amazing texture and taste of the jackfruit here! Though it’s pricy, it’s definitely worth it as the occasional treat.
